Brooks Marks Opens Up About His New Love Story: "Love at First Sight" (EXCLUSIVE)

Brooks Marks just made a major announcement about his love life.

“The big news is: I have a boyfriend,” Brooks revealed on Episode 3 of Next Gen NYC .

Brooks opened up about his new beau to his father, Seth Marks , over a game of golf during the June 17 episode, sharing that his boyfriend, Kade, also plays golf, but they haven’t hit the course together.

“It’s not his sport of choice," Brooks told his father. "But he says he’s pretty good."

But that wasn’t all Seth wanted to know about his son’s relationship.

“How’s your sex life?” he asked, and Brooks responded embarrassed, “That’s not something I need to talk to my dad about."

But he admitted he does talk relationships with his mother, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City ’s Meredith Marks .

How did Brooks Marks meet his boyfriend, Kade?

Meredith was a key part of how Brooks met Kade during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

“My mom dragged me there,” Brooks told The Daily Dish in an exclusive interview. “I didn’t really wanna go. And then it was sort of just like, love at first sight.”

He added on Next Gen NYC : “Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the most handsome man. We danced like all night long. We had a little kiss.”

Meredith and Brooks have talked in the past about what Brooks should look for in his next partner , during Season 4 of RHOSLC .

“I don’t know,” Brooks told her about what he wants, and also added, “I don’t know what I don’t want.”

Brooks called Meredith “the most supportive mom,” but his friends on Next Gen NYC are also giving him tips on love.

“If you ever need good relationship advice, Emira [D’Spain] always has the best,” he told The Daily Dish .

Who is Brooks Marks' boyfriend, Kade?

Cameras captured a bit of Kade visiting Brooks at his NYC apartment, and catching Brooks as he fell off the kitchen counter cleaning.

“He’s the most incredible boyfriend ever,” Brooks confessed, but there’s one major snag: the two are in a long-distance relationship.

“He lives between Austin and L.A. So, every time he’s here, I’m like, ‘What can I do to make you never want to leave again?’” he added.

Brooks shared more about what Kade does while across the country.

“My boyfriend has a private equity firm that specializes in service businesses,” he told The Daily Dish . “It’s like, really cool work. I love being able to hear his perspective on all the things with my brand and my work.”

“I’m extremely happy with my relationship life,” he continued. “And I feel like that’s something I’ve started to navigate since moving to New York…It’s in a really good place.”
