Executive Chef Position
Dunwoody Village is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Executive Chef to join its team. This role reports directly to the Director of Dining Services and involves overseeing all aspects of food production, quality, training, and menu development. The chef will work in state-of-the-art kitchens and beautiful dining venues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and mentoring cooks, servers, and utility staff.
- Ensuring staff knowledge of food safety and prioritizing service to residents.
- Embodying the organization’s vision and mission.
- Exercising leadership and management skills to ensure exceptional dining services.
- Leading sous chefs, cooks, servers, and utility staff in a collaborative and trusting environment.
- Cultivating communication with residents, their families, and employees.
- Developing innovative menus that meet the diverse needs of residents.
- Providing leadership in maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong working knowledge of a POS system.
- Ability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in Hotel/Restaurant/Institutional Management or related field.
- 3–5 years of executive chef experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to top-tier customer service.
- Strong operational management and mentorship skills.
- Attention to detail, hospitality, and cleanliness.
- Congenial communication style and a commitment to safety.

Environmental Services Manager
The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the EVS operation in independent living and regulated nursing areas. This role includes supervising and training EVS technicians and working closely with the EVS supervisor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a continuing care retirement community.
- Maintaining high-quality standards in the EVS department.
- Providing leadership, training, and guidance to a staff of approximately 40 employees.
- Possessing excellent written, verbal, and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll systems.
- Managing work schedules and addressing multiple requests throughout the day.
- Overseeing the move-in process for new residents.
- Attending committee meetings as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Dunwoody Village is seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time weekday and weekend shifts. CNAs are responsible for providing exceptional resident care, assisting with personal care and hygiene, and maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications include:
- PA-licensed CNA with current CPR certification.
- At least 2 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills.
- Experience with Point Click Care is strongly preferred.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check, references, influenza record, and drug screen.
