Top 2025 Houston Workplaces Ranked

Every year, a list of the city's top places to work is published, based on an employee survey conducted by Energage. This year, 208 workplaces made the cut, spanning industries from law to accounting, education to local government. The winning workplaces include 65 small companies (fewer than 150 employees), 71 midsize companies (150-499 employees), and 72 large companies (500+ employees).
Methodology: How We Rank the Best Places to Work in Houston
The ranking is determined through an annual employee survey conducted by Energage. Here are this year's top firms, sorted by company size. Use the dropdown arrows for more information on each winning workplace.
Large Workplace Winners
The table below lists the top large workplaces in Houston, based on the annual employee survey. These 72 companies were recognized for their outstanding workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

AI and the Workplace
