Nonetheless, concerns arose regarding his ability to be an effective pure passer in the NFL, causing several teams to overlook him in favor of players like Josh Rosen and Sam Darnold within the first round.

Jackson has effectively silenced those critics throughout his tenure in the NFL by securing two league MVP awards and emerging as one of the premier players in football. Apart from potentially being the most explosive talent ever at the quarterback role, he also ranks among the top passers in the league.

Shedeur Sanders will get a chance to show the teams they are mistaken. with whichever team selects him on Friday night. Still, he needs to meet high expectations if Jackson sets the benchmark as Parsons mentioned.
