Milwaukee Native Turns NYC Choreographer, Brings Exciting New Show Home to MKE

A person originally from Milwaukee, who currently works as a choreographer in New York City, is set to present their latest production in the Cream City this weekend.

Viewers can watch Peter Stathas Dance present 'From Where We Ascend / Wake' on both Friday and Saturday evenings at 8 o'clock. The shows will take place at Danceworks, located on Water Street right above Pleasant Street. Tickets can be obtained. here .

The aim of this new series is to look back at the period preceding COVID-19, highlight the perseverance demonstrated during the pandemic, and explore our current situation.

Peter Stathas, the choreographer, along with Mariah Gravelin from Peter Stathas Dance, appeared on WISN 12 News at 11 last Friday.
