Tesla Settles Lawsuit Over Racial Slur Directed at Black Employee

Tesla has resolved a racial discrimination case brought forth by a Black woman claiming she faced racist comments and unequal treatment at their Fremont production plant. court records reveal.

One Tesla employee reportedly advised Pierce to take the issue to human resources, saying, “Ma’am, you need to go to HR because these leads are saying things about you that are not right.”
