Top Scores & Schedule: 2A WIC High School Baseball District Tournament Begins

The 2A WIC high school baseball district tournament takes place in Glenns Ferry, beginning on Monday, April 28.

The league secures two direct spots in a newly established regional playoff round. However, there will still be four additional wild card positions available for the remainder of the teams within the league.

WHAT IS THE MECHANISM OF THE IDAHO 2A REGIONAL PLAYOFF SYSTEM?

The eight regional qualifiers will play in a best-of-three series. The victors from these matches will move forward to participate in a four-team state tournament.

Idaho will be seeding the regional competitions through this process. MaxPreps.com rankings District winners are assured of hosting a regional match.
