Health and Wellness Director
The Health and Wellness Director plays a vital role in supporting the Personal Care and Memory Care communities. This position involves overseeing personal care and memory care services, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing Residents’ Health: Evaluating the overall health of residents and creating personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Emergency Response: Providing immediate intervention in urgent situations to ensure residents' well-being.
- Promoting Independence: Facilitating residents' independence by offering nursing support that empowers them to maintain their autonomy.
- Operational Excellence: Planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing services while striving for the highest quality patient care.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local standards to promote a safe and compliant environment.
Other duties include supervising and educating healthcare personnel, assessing resident appropriateness, integrating memory care programs, and coordinating quality assurance.
Requirements for this position: * Possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) in Pennsylvania. * Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a Personal Care Home or long-term care background. * Understanding of Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations or Personal Care Regulations. * Minimum of three years of leadership experience overseeing a clinical team. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with residents, families, and staff. * Ability to present a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. * Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Painter
The Painter is responsible for maintaining the aesthetics of high-traffic common areas through painting and wallcovering. This includes restoring painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions and performing drywall repairs as needed.
Qualifications: * Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting. * Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering. * Proficiency in the English language to read, write, comprehend, and communicate simple instructions. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. * High school diploma or GED.

Certified Nursing Aide
This position includes a $750 sign-on bonus for the 3 PM – 11 PM shift. You’ll receive $250 in your first paycheck, and the remaining $500 after 90 days.
Freedom Village is seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to join its skilled nursing clinical team. Openings are available for 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM shifts. The starting pay range for this position is $18/hr, with exceptional shift differentials.
Duties include: * Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. * Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed. * Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated. * Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed. * Answer signal lights promptly. * Change bed linens, make beds, and keep rooms clean and orderly. * Work as a member of the team. * Get along well with co-workers. * Accept change in a positive manner.
Requirements: * Successful completion of a state-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program. * Prior geriatric Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide experience is preferred. * Registration with the State registry is required. * Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR). * Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards. * Respectful and compassionate. * Good time management skills. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong ethics. * Physical endurance. * Ability to present a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression. * Communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors. * Maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
