Dainese Air Fast Tex Jacket

Check Price
The Air Fast Tex jacket is engineered for blisteringly hot rides, built from QuickDry fabric and enormous mesh panels to let the wind do the cooling. It uses breathable, sweat-wicking lining with silver-ion treatment to fight odor and wick moisture, and features stretch fabric in the back for comfortable movement. Protection is handled via CE-Rated EN 1621.1-certified Pro-Armor soft protectors at shoulders and elbows along with rigid polyurethane shoulder shells; there’s also a pocket ready for a back protector (sold separately). Fit is refined with an adjustable Velcro waist and a jacket-to-pants zip connection to lock in coverage. Two front pockets round out the utility.
On the upside: superb ventilation and rock-solid brand-level protection.
On the downside: the back protector isn’t included, so budget for that extra piece if you want full coverage.
Alpinestars Tech-Air 5 Airbag System

Check Price
We don't know where RevZilla keeps finding stock of the original Alpinestars Tech-Air 5, but it's back on the list! Again! The T-A 5 was the brand's first foray into stand-alone airbag systems, which have since extended to the Tech-Air 3, Tech-Air 5 Plasma, Tech-Air 7X, Tech-Air 10, and Tech-Air Off-Road. The Alpinestars Tech-Air 5 system is a wearable electronic airbag vest designed to offer comprehensive upper-body protection for motorcyclists. The vest incorporates six integrated sensors — three gyroscopes and three accelerometers — and an AI-enhanced crash detection algorithm that deploys the airbag in between 20 and 40 milliseconds depending on the vest size. It protects the shoulders, chest, ribs, and full back. The impact absorption it provides can reduce force by up to 95 percent when compared to a passive back protector, equivalent to wearing eighteen standard CE Level 1 back protectors. The vest is self-contained and battery powered, offering up to about 30 hours of riding time per charge, and is recharged via a magnetic USB charger. A front LED status display shows operational state and battery level. The vest is built to be worn beneath textile or compatible leather jackets, provided there is sufficient clearance around the chest (about 4 cm) for proper airbag deployment. Fitment spans sizes XS through 4XL.
Dainese Nexus 2 Boots

Check Price
The Dainese Nexus 2 boot are ready for sport riding, sport-touring, and even the occasional trackday! Built from microfiber and D-Stone fabric with serious reinforcements and a back-zip entry for convenience. The standout is the Dainese Axial Distortion Control System at the ankle, designed to manage torsion and impact forces in aggressive riding. There are TPU shin plates, reinforced nylon toe and heel zones, a gear-shift guard, rubber sole and replaceable sliders for track-level durability. They meet CE Category II requirements under EN 13634 certification for protective The News Pulsefootwear.
On the downside, the fit runs snug and they lean more sport-boot than all-day wanderer. If you ride hard and value protection, these boots get the job done.
REV'IT! Argon 2 Jacket

Check Price
The REV'IT! Argon 2 jacket is back on the Weekly Gear Deals menu, boys! REV'IT's high-quality sport jacket delivers race-derived leather performance wrapped in street-friendly form. Its outer shell uses a blend of buffalo leather and artificial leather, with perforated zones up front and back to help cool things down when you’re hauling ass. Safety is strong: SEEFLEX CE Level 2 armor at shoulders and elbows, and it’s prepared for a SEESOFT CE Level 2 back insert and divided CE Level 1 chest protector (sold separately). The garment carries a Class AAA rating under EN 17092-2. For fit and utility you get a race fit, race-style pre-curved sleeves, waist adjuster, jeans loop, both short and long jacket-to-pants zippers, and laminated reflective back details. Ventilation is thoughtfully engineered via upper front and back perforation and wind-catcher behind the front zip.
Downsides? It’s a race cut, so mobility for upright cruiser posture might feel tight, and leather requires care. But if you ride spirited and expect real protection, the Argon 2 punches above its advertising.
Arai Contour-X Snake Helmet - Snell 2020

Check Price
The Arai Contour‑X Snake Helmet is top-tier protection wrapped in premium Japanese craftsmanship. We definitely dig it, as Senior Editor Nic de Sena reviewed this exact graphic in a recent episode of In Gear! Its PB-e-cLc2 shell uses Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction to keep weight down while maintaining race-ready strength. You get a full 13-port ventilation system—seven intakes (including the new 3D logo duct) and six exhausts—so your head stays cooler even when you’re working the curves. The visor uses Arai’s VAS-V system with a variable-axis pivot and includes a Pinlock-ready insert for fog resistance. The interior liner is removable, anti-odor, and built with an Emergency Release System to help first-responders. It carries ECE and Snell 2020 certification, so it’s not just style—it’s substance.
On the downside: you’re paying Arai-premium pricing, and finding replacements can be harder than usual. If you want one helmet to do everything from track days to street miles without compromise, the Contour-X Snake makes a persuasive case.
Speedmetal Rear Paddock Stand

Check Price
Everyone needs to do maintenance on their beloved The News Pulses, but paddock stands can be expensive. The Speedmetal Rear Paddock Stand is an affordable option built with heavy-duty 38 mm steel tubing and lifts bikes via either spool-mounted arms or flat swing-arm supports, offering decent flexibility for maintenance and storage. Installation is straightforward and it rolls easily thanks to its twin wheels, making quick chain lube, wheel swaps or café-stop cleaning more convenient. Should you have a machine single-sided swingarm The News Pulselike a Ducati, MV Agusta, BMW, or KTM, this might not be your jam. However, for everyone else with bikes that weigh below 600 pounds, this will work out nicely.
